Processing and or completion of claims will be carried out within 21 Days from receipt of said claim.

Any Guarantee Claim and or investigation re attendance will be scheduled at the convenience of Zeropest Australia's current work schedule and or when in your service are next.

(1) 14 DAY PEST FREE GUARANTEE Applies TO ALL PEST pest types except Timber pests, all pests will be eradicated within 14 days or we work for free until it is! (T&C's See BELOW ) 

Note # Any internal blocking completed at time of initial treatment has been completed FREE of charge and only intended to deter rodent activity or entry from within the dwelling.

This is NOT considered blocking and or is NOT included under guarantee/s.

(2) 12 MONTH WRITTEN PEST FREE GUARANTEE (SPIDER TREATMENT) GENERAL PEST SPRAY covering WEBBING SPIDERS, GARDEN COCKROACH, MILLIPEDE, SLADERS, HARLEQUIN BUGS

Are subject to a RE - INFESTATION and or the Customer / Client / Authorised Person completing all proofing works, including the removal of all internal and external WEBBING seven DAYS AFTER INITIAL TREATMENT and or recommendations as stated and noted in official Zeropest Australia Paperwork and or Digital paperwork. Failure to Act On, implement, complete And or Comply with Zeropest Australia Recommendations, Advice or Program Will Null and Void / Cancel Guarantee/s Or Refunds.

NOTE! It is expected post General Pest (Spider Spray) treatment over the next 12 Month period WEBBING SPIDERS, GARDEN COCKROACH, MILLIPEDE, CENTIPEDES, SLADERS, HARLEQUIN BUGS AND OR OTHER INSECTS WILL BE PRESENT AS TREATMENT DOES NOT STOP THEM ENTERING YOUR PROERTY, GROUNDS OR DWELLING.

IT WILL AND DOES TAKE TIME TO BE INFECTED AND DYE DUE TO THE PEST HAVING TO ABSORB RESIDUAL PESTICIDE. 

It is normal and expected to have the occasional pest post General Pest treatment.

Note # Ants and or termites are NOT covered under guarantee by Spider Treatment (General Pest Spray).

Targeted Ant or termite treatment is available at an additional cost as a separate targeted treatment using different products.

 

(3) 5 YEAR WRITTEN PEST FREE GUARANTEE for RAT, MICE, POSSUM AND BIRD TARGETED TREATMENT.

Are subject to the Customer / Client / Authorised Person completing all proofing works and or recommendations as stated and noted in official Zeropest Australia Paperwork and or Digital paperwork. Failure to Act On, implement, complete And or Comply with Zeropest Australia Recommendations, Advice or Program Will Null and Void / Cancel Guarantee/s Or Refunds.

Note # Any internal blocking completed at time of initial treatment has been completed FREE of charge and only intended to deter rodent activity or entry from within the dwelling.

This is NOT considered blocking and or is NOT included under guarantee/s.

(4) LIFETIME WRITTEN PEST FREE GUARANTEE for RAT, MICE, POSSUM AND BIRD TARGETED TREATMENT

Are subject to the Customer / Client / Authorised Person engaging Zeropest Australia to complete all proofing works as stated and noted in official Zeropest Australia Paperwork and or digital receipt, paperwork, applies only to current owner or occupier of home as listed at time of pest treatment and is NOT transferable.

Note # Any internal blocking completed at time of initial treatment has been completed FREE of charge and only intended to deter rodent activity or entry from within the dwelling.

This is NOT considered blocking and or is NOT included under guarantee/s.

 

(5) 6 MONTH WRITTEN PEST FREE GUARANTEE TARGETED ANT TREATMENT.

Is subject to a re infestation and or the Customer / Client / Authorised Person completing all proofing works and or recommendations as stated and noted in official Zeropest Australia Paperwork and or Digital paperwork. Failure to Act On, implement, complete And or Comply with Zeropest Australia Recommendations, Advice or Program Will Null and Void / Cancel Guarantee/s Or Refunds.

Note treatment can take up to 28 days to be effective from treatment and on each subsequent infestation due to the fact that there can be multiple nests as varied distance's away from the treated dwelling. Treatment does not stop ants from entering the property or dwelling. 

 

(6) GERMAN COCKROACH, PANTRY MOTH, BED BUG, WASP, BEE AND NON-LISTED PESTS WRITTEN GUARANTEE'S have NO guarantee period unless ADVISED UPON INSPECTION TREATMENT and noted on receipt. THESE TYPE OF TREATMENTS VARY DEPENDING UPON INFESTATION AND REQUIRED TREATMENT PLAN/S, SUCH GUARANTEE'S WHEN ISSUED ARE Subject to recommendations as stated and noted in official Zeropest Australia Paperwork and or Digital paperwork. Failure to Act On, implement, complete And or Comply with Zeropest Australia Recommendations, Advice or Program Will Null and Void / Cancel Guarantee/s Or Refunds.

FURTHER PEST SERVICE/S AND OR ADVISE UPON CUSTOMER REQUESTED GUARANTEE INVESTIGATION, DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE, Failure to Act On, implement, complete as stated and noted in official Zeropest Australia Paperwork and or Digital paperwork WILL OCCUR FURTHER CHARGES BEING A CALL OUT FEE OF $300.00 + GST AND FURTHER TREATMENT CHARGES ADDITIONAL TO THE CALL OUT SERVICE FEE AS REQUIRED PAYABLE PRIOR TO TREATMENT COMMENCEMENT!

 

(7) WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO BLOCK ANY MICE OR RAT ENTRY POINTS, DO I STILL RECEIVE A GUARANTEE?

Yes of course, Zeropest Australia will still give you our 6 MONTHS rodent free guarantee, but the main idea is that you block the identified holes so it can’t happen again, one return free visit will only apply if entry points have not been attempted in there entirety.

 

(8) IF I AM STILL HEARING MICE or RAT NOISES WILL YOU COME BACK?

Yes, Zeropest Australia will come back after 14 days for FREE under guarantee to re inspect and OR replenish baits if required for FREE.

In some cases this may be extended to 21 days at our longer if required at our discretion due to animals being caged or fed on treatment site and or adjacent neighboring properties, such as chickens, rabbits, dogs, birds, attached dwellings, concealed access points, dwelling construction type, as this can extend & hinder treatment process.

 

(9) WHAT ARE YOUR GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

Zeroepest Australia Guarantees are subject to the customer / client / Agent / Authorized person adhering to, implementing, completing recommendations, completing proofing works and or engaging Zeropest Australia to complete works as stated and noted in official Zeropest Australia Paperwork and or Digital paperwork.

All Guarantee's and or Warranties are NOT covered due to the following situations, further treatment costs may arise any refunds payable will be for initial treatment payment only.

Concealed entry points due to construction type, conjoined dwellings, restricted access, restricted access to subfloor, restricted access to roof void, no access to roof void due to construction such as flat metal roof construction, height restrictions, inadequate or poor home maintenance issues, animals being caged or fed on treatment site and or adjacent neighboring properties, such as chickens, rabbits, dogs, birds, cats, that prevent, hinder treatment, inspections and or entry point inspections are NOT COVERED.

(11) Termite Guarantee's Are subject to the Customer / Client / Authorised Person completing all required works and or recommendations as stated and noted in official Zeropest Australia Paperwork and or Digital receipt, type of treatment completed, paperwork, treatment proposal's, quotations, timber pest inspection report, inspection recommendations. Failure to Act On, implement, complete And or Comply with Zeropest Australia Recommendations, reports, completing annual timber pest inspection by Zeropest Australia, Advice or Program Will Null and Void / Cancel Guarantee/s Or Refunds, applies only to current owner or occupier of home as listed at time of pest treatment and is NOT transferable.

Do I need to move any furniture, bedding, clothes, items from cupboards or pantry. Zeropest Australia will email, text or give over the phone at time of booking verbal and or written  instructions on what is required for you to do prior to treatment day. Our Technician will also conduct a quick inspection of your home with you prior to treatment commencement and discuss any issue present and answer any further questions you have.   Do I need to vacate the home during treatment and when can we come home? Yes! Re- Entry period after a General Pest Spray ( Spider Spray ) is 2 Hours for adults, 4 Hours for children / Babies, 4 Hours for pregnant Ladies persons with medical conditions will be advised upon further discussion with our Technicians. Re Entry Periods for Other Spray treatments such as Ants, German Cockroach, food pests, carpet Beetle etc will vary depending on required treatment and will be advise by our Technician prior to treatment commencement but are similar to or the same as our general pest spray treatment re entry periods.   How long will the service take? On average a typical 3 – 4 bedroom home (based on an average 250 Sqm home & Block size of 500 Sqm) will take around 1 hour to conduct general pest control ( spiders, cockroaches etc ) services such as internal and external spraying, dusting to roof void, fence spray, garden beds dusting, under house dusting, garage, garden shed, decking and pergolas etc. Rodent treatment will take approximately 1 hour to inspect, investigate, report, treat and recommend proofing potential entry points. Ant Treatment will take approximately 1 hour to inspect, investigate, report, treat internal and external and recommend proofing potential entry points.   Can my Pets remain inside or Home during General Pest Spray, Ant, German Cockroach, food pests, carpet Beetle etc treatment? NO! Pets Can NOT remain inside the home during and after treatment for a period of 2 Hours. Usually our technician will complete all external treatments first so you can remain inside during this time, upon the external treatment drying your pets will be able to safely go back outside. Fix ponds and or tanks must be completely covered over during any spray treatments.   Do you work on weekends! Yes, however we book out in advance, Zeropest Australia works 7 days a week, see our contact us page for details.   Do you remove possums? Yes, Zeropest Australia removes all pests and animals, see our pests section.   How do I know if I have a rat infestation or possum in the roof? Rats usually scamper, scratch, gnaw on wood, wires ( Marks usually 4 mm in width , urinate causing a foul odour). They can also make burrows outside in the dirt ( Norway Rats) the burrows are normally 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 meters in the ground in area's where there is protective vegetation. They also can leave behind rub marks which is combined dirt and oil from their skin that leaves a dirty rub mark against wall, entry holes and structures climbed on to gain access to your home, They generally tend to be active in several area's of the dwelling. They are usually active during the day and at night. Possums on the other hand sound like a baby elephant coming and going from your roof void, you will generally hear them at night as they are nocturnal and more confined to one area of the dwelling.   What forms of payment do you accept? We recommend having termite inspections annually and General Pest Services annually or bi-annually. However, depending on the type of pest infestation a more frequent service period may be recommended to ensure your home is safe and protected.   What happens if it is raining? If there is only slight rain on the day, the service can be carried out as normal as the rain helps the products soak into the affected areas. However, if there is a heavy downpour of rain, our Zeropest Australia Pest technician will service the inside the home or business first, hopefully the rain will have stopped during this time. If the rain has not subsided we will reschedule the outside works for another day at your convenience.   Why am I seeing more pests after my treatment? Initially, you may see an increase in pest activity after a treatment as they are flushed out immediately post-treatment, this applies to spiders, ants, cockroaches, silverfish, rodents and more. Some may still be effected by our treatment and capable of biting. The increase in pest activity will usually subside after two weeks.   Do you treat outside when doing an End of lease treatment? Yes, we treat all area’s frequented by your animals, inside and out!   Are your technicians fully Licenced Pest Controller’s? Yes, all Zeropest Australia pest technicians are Fully Licenced.   Are your pest controller’s / technicians Police Checked for our safety? Yes, all Zeropest Australia pest controllers / technicians are Nationally Police Checked for Your peace of mind.   Are your pest controllers / technicians and company fully insured. Yes, our company and pest controllers are Fully Insured For Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.   Do I need to stay or be home during our pest control works? No you don’t, all of our pest controller’s / technicians are Police Checked for your peace of mind. You Can Great Our Technician Leaving Him To Carry Out Works Upon Your Departure And Let Him Lock The Front Door On His Departure. Alternatively You Could Leave A Key In A Hiding Spot For Him To Use, Or Have A Neighbour, Friend Or Family Member Attend.   Are your products safe for my unborn or new born baby? We recommend minimising exposure to any pesticides that you may come in contact with. The highest risk occurs as a product is applied. If we are applying a product to inside your home we recommend that you vacate prior to application and remain from entering premises for a minimum of four hours. Our Technician will choose specific products to minimise the risks to you, your unborn baby or new born.   How Long Will I have To Vacate Home After Spraying Inside. We Recommend adults vacate the home for a minimum period of two hours, four hours for a pregnant woman, children, animals and persons with allergic and breathing conditions.   Will your products stain my floorcoverings, paint or furniture? No, the products will not cause damage to your home in any way, GUARANTEED.   Are your products environmentally friendly?
